What You'll Need for Your Student Visa (Type D):
Valid Passport
Passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond intended stay with blank pages.
Proof of Accommodation
University dormitory confirmation or rental agreement in Hungary for study period.
Letter of Acceptance
Official admission letter from recognized Hungarian higher education institution.
Health Insurance
Valid travel/health insurance covering minimum €30,000 for entire stay.
Financial Proof
Show HUF 43,000/month (approximately €400/month) for living expenses. Bank statements, scholarship letters, or sponsor declarations.
Additional Documents
